Winter may be over officially as of today, but who doesn't enjoy some hot cocoa on cool spring nights! Try to mix it up a little and make your own using our recipe below!
Ingredients:
- 8QT Box of Carnation instant dry mix
- 1 lb box Nestle Quik chocolate mix
- 1 6oz jar coffee mate-any flavor you choose
- 1 c powdered sugar
Directions:
- Combine and stir all ingredients in large bowl.
- Store in air tight container
- To use, mix 1/3 c mixture in hot water
- Enjoy!!

This meal is one we HIGHLY recommend, it's amazingly healthy at only 315 calories a serving AND it tastes divine! Try it, and be prepared to fall in love!
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 table spoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¾ teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried tarragon or to taste
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- 4 center cut skinless salmon fillets
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine the Dijon mustard, honey, dry mustard and tarragon in a medium bowl, stir until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place salmon fillets in a lightly greased, shallow baking dish.
- Brush fillets with mustard mixture.
- Roast until salmon is just cooked through and separates easily with a fork, 10-12 minutes.

Ingredients:
Marinade Ingredients:
In 12 oz. water glass add:
- 2 inches soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon bourbon or vermouth
- 2-3 garlic cloves (diced)
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- Fill rest of glass with water; stir.
Directions:
- Sprinkle meat with meat tenderizer and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place meat in a large glass dish.
- Poke meat with fork. Pour marinade over meat and marinade for 3 to 4 hours, turning meat every ½ hour.
- Broil pot roast 20 minutes on each side.
- Slice into thin strips and serve.

Ingredients:
- 5 pounds red seedless grapes
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¾ cup sugar
Toping:
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ¾ cup brown sugar
Directions:
- Wash grapes, pat dry.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy.
- Add grapes and mix to coat.
- Pour into serving dish.
- Mix topping together and sprinkle over grape mixture.
